Trigger Warranty Bumpers
Trigger Industries bumpers come with a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser only. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials.
This warranty is non-transferable and will only cover the original purchaser. The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, neglect, abuse, improper installation, accidents, or any other causes beyond normal use.
To make a claim under this warranty, the purchaser must notify the manufacturer via email describing the defect and providing proof of purchase.
The manufacturer may, at its discretion, repair or replace the product.
Bumper Coating
Limited Warranty for Bumper Coating
The coating on bumpers purchased from Trigger Industries will be warrantied for a period of one year from the date of possession.
Trigger Industries warrants that the coating on the bumpers will be free from defects, will not peel/flake, or otherwise deteriorate under normal use and service.
If the coating on your bumpers fails within one year from the date of possession Trigger Industries will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the affected bumper(s) free of charge.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, collision, accidents, normal wear and tear or damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals, environmental conditions or other events beyond the control of Trigger Industries.
To make a claim under this warranty, you must contact Trigger Industries via email within one year from the date of possession and provide proof of purchase.
Trigger Industries reserves the right to inspect the affected bumper in person before making any repair or replacement. High quality images submitted with the claim may or may not exempt the warranty holder from having the product reviewed in person at Trigger Industries.
This warranty does not cover; installation/labour, return shipping or freight costs, fuel, time without a vehicle or product if return shipping is required. The warranty becomes void if it is found that the bumper has been altered or modified in any form.
This warranty is the exclusive warranty given by Trigger Industries for the coating on bumpers and is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Trigger Industries Inc be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use their products or from any breach of warranty.
Flap Coating
Trigger Industries flaps come with a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser only. This warranty covers solely defects in workmanship.
The coatings on all mudflaps are covered by a two-year warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, collision, accidents, tire rubbing, normal wear and tear or damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals or environmental conditions. Or other events beyond the control of Trigger Industries.
This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by the manufacturer and is in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of the product.
By purchasing the product, the purchaser agrees to the terms and conditions of this limited warranty statement.
